Our Story
“it does not matter what you have but what you make out of it”, his own words suits him completely. The story of Dr Sujit Pardeshi, the heart and soul behind SmyleXL is something that will inspire many future generations of entrepreneurs of India in general and, dentistry in particular.
Born and brought up in a very small town – Pachora in district Jalgaon of Maharashtra, he is like someone who has risen as Phoenix from ashes. Coming from very humble background, he had spent his childhood in a 2-room tin shade house where 11 of his family members used to live together.
He had to overcome countless number of challenges to rise during his journey. His town did not have proper mobile network or broadband connection till as recent as 2009. Just to reach the airport, he had to travel around 400kms by overnight train. However, neither the humble upbringing nor the obstacles could stop him from envisioning what he always wanted to make out of his life.
He completed his Bachelor of dental surgery from Bharati Vidyapeeth Dental College & Hospital in 1999. As a topper throughout his academic career, he could have very easily done his post-graduation and settle in any metro city or could have gone abroad. However, he chose to go back to his small town and started Smile Dental Clinic in November 1999, a typical small town-single chair practice. His vision of delivering high-quality dental treatments and increasing dental awareness in the rural population brought him back to his town.
From that small town he eventually became international speaker in dentistry. He has also authored the Bestseller book namely New Age Dentalpreneur.
After practicing for 18 years in Pachora he realized that it was time to move ahead and take a quantum leap to work on his bigger dream of doing something extraordinary in the field of dentistry, so he shifted his base from Pachora to Pune in 2017 and started SmyleXL Dental Clinic on 15th July 2018 in Viman Nagar, Pune. SmyleXL is 2000 sqft premier ultramodern dental set up that provides all dental treatments under one roof. Within a very short time SmyleXL became the most preferred choice for dental treatments in and around Viman Nagar.
He has a dream of making SmyleXL as the one-stop solution for every dental problem, the center that offers the highest quality dental care at affordable price maintaining high ethical standards and best of sterilization protocol.
